- All food scraps are composted using an experimental vermiculture program
- Compostable/Post-consumer Recycled take-out containers/cold and hot cups/lids/hot cup sleeves
- Recycling glass/paper/plastic/aluminum
- Motion sensor lights in bathrooms
- Energy Star HVAC System
- LED lightbulbs
